                   A RESOLUTION GRANTING ST. LUKE UNITED
                   METHODIST CHURCH A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT,
                   PURSUANT TO A73-96 OF THE CITY CODE, FOR FOUR
                   OFF-PREMISE TRAFFIC DIRECTIONAL SIGNS IN THE
                   LOCATIONS SET FORTH IN THE ATTACHED MAP AND
                   INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that St. Luke United Methodist Church be
       and is hereby granted, pursuant to A73-96 of the City Code, a
       temporary use permit for four off-premise traffic directional
       signs in the locations set forth in the map attached hereto and
       incorporated herein by reference.
